Q: Need I pay for upgrade?
A: No! All upgrades are free to registered users.

Q: How do I order?

Q: Is tech support free?
A: Yes! It's free for all.

Q: I have re-installed Windows and lost my registration key.
A:
Please contact sales@pharaohsmedia.com, we will re-send your key.

Q: How do I know which DirectX version is already Installed on my system? A: Our screen savers require DirectX 8.1 (or higher version) is already on your system. To check this, you may click the "Start" button, choose "Run" in the menu, then type in "dxdiag".

Q: Your 3D screensavers are very slow.
A:
You need Directx compatible 3D accelerated videocard. If you have it, please install latest manufacturer's device drivers. (Usually available for free on videocard manufacturer's website).

Q: Why haven't I received the registration key for software I ordered?
A:
If you chose to receive a registration key by e-mail, but it hasn't yet arrived, please send a message at sales@pharaohsmedia.com. Remember, we send registration information within 24 hours.

Q: How do I uninstall program?
A:
To uninstall (remove) one of our programs from your computer, use the Windows Add/Remove Programs menu. To do this, click on the Start button, select Settings, select Control Panel, open Add/Remove Programs, select the program you wish to uninstall, and then click on Add/Remove...
